New:

  • Network diagram has been overhauled. This means that the load times and performance has been drastically improved. 
    It still has the same features, including a new multi drag select mode. This replaces the default mouse cursor move by left clicking. However, this is still possible when holding down ctrl, to better align with the other schedule viewer pages.

Improvements:

  • The delete task dialog for deleting multiple tasks at once has been improved so that handling multiple cases of replacing or deleting dependencies can be done with one action, instead of having to decide for each task that is to be deleted.
  • Performance / Load changes from version 2.1.0 is being expanded and implemented in a wider scope, so this should have a positive influence of the general performance of Tactplan.

Bugfixes:

  • Fixed a rare issue with creating tasks while filtering is enabled that could cause the tasks to enter a bad state if certain steps where taken. This could result in tasks that was deleted still being there visibly until a sync.
  • Fixed an issue with tasks being selectable even if not visible because of a filter.
  • [Hotfix 22/04]: Fixed an issue with entering locations page or routing away from schedule page.
  • [Hotfix 22/04]: Updated how selection and deselection of network diagram nodes work, to provide a better user experience, especially when moving multiple nodes.
  • [Hotfix 22/04]: Fixed an issue where zoom level setting was not saved when moving between schedule views.
  • [Hotfix 22/04]: Fixed an issue with table view jumping to the top when expanding and collapsing if a filter is applied.
  • [Hotfix 22/04]: Fixed an issue with not being able to read the text when deleting alot of tasks via the newly updated task deletion confirmation dialog.
  • [Hotfix 23/04] Removed continue button.
  • [Hotfix 23/04] Fixed an error happening with side menu when filter is active and a task was removed from selection in some rare cases.
  • [Hotfix 23/04] Fixed an issue with inputting duration too fast and/or saving while changes were happening, which results in errors and potentially crashing Tactplan.
  • [Hotfix 23/04] Fixed an issue with color adjustment breaking nwd nodes.
  • [Hotfix 23/04] Fixed an issue where in rare cases a subtask was deselected the dependency table would send an error.
  • [Hotfix 24/04] Fixed an issue with multi select chips in the task details panel not showing in some scenarios.
  • [Hotfix 24/04] Fixed an issue with validation message for too long duration subtasks.
  • [Hotfix 24/04] Fixed various issues that could throw a system instability message.
  • [Hotfix 25/04] Fixed various issues that could throw an error of "multiple transactions cannot be created at the same time" - often caused by clicking on buttons/items/save before engine is ready again.
  • [Hotfix 26/04] Fixed various issues with negative signs and thousand number separator for some locales.
  • [Hotfix 26/04] Fixed some cases where it was possible to start multiple transaction actions at the same time, causing system instability.
  • [Hotfix 26/04] Removed sorting on cost grid as it is supposed to be user controlled order and not sorted.
  • [Hotfix 26/04] Fixed a visual issue where it was possible to split location tasks even if it should not be possible, to help clarify when this is possible.
  • [Hotfix 26/04] Fixed an issue with changing location precision in the scenarios where some subtasks where supposed to be deleted.
  • [Hotfix 29/04] Fixed an issue when saving production factor with too many decimals it would sometimes fail to save.
  • [Hotfix 29/04] Fixed an issue with tasks being deselected if ctrl is held down while clicking on schedule canvas or network diagram canvas.
